Holwell is a tiny village of Cotswold stone, set in rolling farmland and woodland, at the centre of a network of footpaths, public by-ways and quiet lanes, making it perfect for walking, cycling or exploring the Cotswolds by car.
Rooms are fresh and stylish, with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. 100% cotton bed linen. TV, fridge, hair dryer and hot drink facilities with every room. Guests have sole use of a large sitting room and access to a garden room , garden , terrace and off-road parking. The south facing dining room, where breakfast is served, opens on to the pretty garden and is warmed by a log fire in winter. Enjoy fruits, juices and jams from our garden, home baked bread, and local farm bacon, sausages and eggs.
Evening meals by prior arrangement. Burford, with its lively mix of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes, is five minutes away by car.The Cotswold Wildlife Park lies within one mile. There are numerous good places to eat in the surrounding villages. Fox House Rooms are perfect for group bookings of up to 6 people.
